I made a spelling mistake in my name on my ticket, what do I do?

If there is a spelling mistake on a passenger's name you will need to contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.

If the airline permits name changes we will require a copy of the passengers passport/ID showing the correct name, which we can then forward on to the airline.

Some airlines will charge a fee for name correction, which will be passed on to you. Please note most airlines will only allow changes of up to 3 characters. Name changes are not guaranteed.
