I haven't received my E-Ticket

In case you have not yet received your e-ticket, there is no need to worry. It is possible that your booking is currently being processed by our ticketing team.

We make every effort to issue tickets within 24 hours of receiving payment. However, if there are any delays, we will notify you via email to keep you informed. Therefore, please remember to check your email regularly for the most recent updates regarding the status of your e-ticket.
